Diversity of art is mind-boggling! Two people won't totally agree on a definition of art. Different flavors of art appeal to different folks. It's your home, so go for what appeals to you!

My wife and I visited Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan in 2004. Walking up the narrow road leading to a famous temple, we came across a fan shop. Fans of various shapes, colors and designs hung on the store walls. They were exquisite!
